We currently serve up nine selected pizza varieties. Each pizza base is prepared by hand and then topped with mainly regional ingredients of the highest quality. Our base line: flavour enhancers and additional preservatives are absolute no-nos. The pizza is then baked at over 400°C in a stone-hearth oven. The result? A taste so big, we just had to make them an extra-large 30 centimeters in diameter.
